Evoria Event Orchestrator was entrusted by Alef Education to manage the photography and videography production for its Indonesia School Filming Day at MTsN 5 Jakarta.
The one-day production focused on capturing the learning experience and the use of Alef’s digital platform within an active school environment.
From pre-production to post-production, Evoria documented students, teachers, and the school principal across various classroom activities and dedicated content sessions, creating authentic and versatile visual assets for Alef Education.

Through Indonesia School Filming Day, Alef Education aimed to capture how its digital platform is used within a real school environment while highlighting the interaction between students, teachers, and technology throughout the learning process.
The Challenge
The entire production took place within a single day while the school remained an active learning environment.
The key challenge was to capture a wide range of content—from classroom activities and Alef platform usage to teacher-student interactions and dedicated principal content—while maintaining the natural atmosphere of everyday learning.
With multiple content formats required, the production also needed an efficient shooting workflow to ensure that every key moment was captured while providing enough flexibility for various post-production deliverables.

Evoria Event Orchestrator managed the complete production process, from initial planning through to final content delivery.
Pre-Production
Ahead of the filming day, Evoria handled production planning, crew and equipment preparation, call sheet support, and shot-list coordination to ensure all visual requirements could be efficiently covered within the available production schedule.
Photography & Videography Production
During the on-site production, the Evoria team captured:
