What's the different between offline, online, and hybrid events?

Offline events are held entirely in person. Online events are held via virtual platforms like Zoom or live streaming. Hybrid events combine the two; attendees can attend in person or participate online. Evoria Event has experience managing all three formats.

Can Evoria Event handle event outside Jakarta?

Yes! Although we are based in South Jakarta, we have managed events in various cities across Indonesia. Contact us to discuss further events in your city.

How much preparation time is needed?

Ideally, we start collaborating at least 4–6 weeks before the big day. But we’re also used to tight timelines; we even helped one of our clients five days before the event, and it still went smoothly!
