Jakarta, August 28, 2026 — PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP Mining) held Youth in Action 2, a two-day programme dedicated to celebrating the dedication, innovation, and achievements of its participants.
Held in Jakarta on August 27–28, 2026, Youth in Action 2 brought together a series of experiences ranging from a gala dinner and project exhibition to inspirational sessions, entertainment, and an awarding programme.
For the programme, Evoria Event Orchestrator was entrusted to support the overall event requirements, from consultation and planning to event production, participant management, and communication collateral.
Two Days of Celebration and Appreciation
Youth in Action 2 began on August 27, 2026, with a Gala Dinner at Wiro Sableng Garden in North Jakarta.
The evening provided an opportunity for participants to come together in a more relaxed setting before moving into the programme’s main activities the following day.
On August 28, the programme continued with a series of activities designed to showcase participants’ work, share inspiring stories, and recognize their achievements.

Together, these activities transformed Youth in Action 2 into more than an awards programme, creating a space for ideas, experiences, and inspiration to be shared.
Showcasing Ideas and Achievements
One of the key elements of Youth in Action 2 was the Project Exhibition, which provided participants with a platform to showcase their projects and ideas.
The exhibition formed part of the overall event journey, giving attendees an opportunity to explore the work developed by participants before entering the main programme.
Recognition of these projects continued through the Best Project & Best Video Awards, which formed part of the wider appreciation and awarding programme.
Sharing Stories and Inspiration
Youth in Action 2 also featured several sessions designed to bring inspiring experiences and perspectives to the audience.
Through the KPP Mining Inspiring Teacher Talks, participants had the opportunity to hear directly from inspiring educators and learn from their experiences.
The programme also included Youth in Mission and the launch of the book Jembatan Harapan, adding further storytelling and reflection to the overall event journey.
The atmosphere shifted into a more entertaining experience with a stand-up comedy performance by Abdur Arsyad, alongside other entertainment segments throughout the programme.
Celebrating Every Achievement
The programme culminated in an Awarding Session, recognizing participants for their achievements and contributions.
From the exhibition and inspirational sessions to entertainment and awards, each element was designed as part of a connected event journey celebrating both the process and the accomplishments of the participants.
Orchestrating the Event Experience
For Youth in Action 2, Evoria Event Orchestrator provided end-to-end event support across the programme.
Evoria’s scope included event consultation, covering planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation, supported by a dedicated Person in Charge (PIC).
On the production side, Evoria managed the setup and operational requirements for both the Gala Dinner and the main programme, including the stage, technical equipment, exhibition area, participant management, and on-ground event operations.
Evoria also supported the programme’s communication and collateral requirements, including event visuals, signage, printed materials, multimedia assets, and other supporting materials to maintain a consistent event experience throughout the programme.
Through the collaboration between KPP Mining, the participants, and all teams involved, Youth in Action 2 became a space to celebrate ideas, journeys, and achievements built together.
