Evoria Event Orchestrator collaborated with Wahana Kreasi to support the Gala Premiere of Seni Merayu Tuhan at Epicentrum XXI, Jakarta.
With media representatives, invited guests, cast, and crew attending the event, Evoria focused on registration management, red carpet coordination, and on-ground operations to help ensure an organized and seamless guest flow throughout the venue.
The event began with a press screening attended by approximately 350 media invitees, followed by Q&A sessions, doorstop interviews, and red carpet moments featuring the cast and crew.
The Event
The Gala Premiere of Seni Merayu Tuhan marked an important moment in introducing the film to media representatives and invited guests ahead of its wider release.
With multiple activities taking place throughout the event—from the press screening to media sessions and the red carpet—each transition required structured guest management and on-ground coordination to keep the overall experience running smoothly.
The Challenge
With approximately 1,000 participants and several activities taking place in sequence, one of the key challenges was managing the arrival and movement of a large number of guests within the venue.
The registration area needed to accommodate a high volume of check-ins while also providing a dedicated help desk for guest inquiries and on-site assistance.
At the same time, the red carpet required more detailed coordination, as it involved the cast, crew, media representatives, and guests moving through shared event areas.
Each stage had to follow the event schedule while maintaining a smooth and organized flow throughout the venue.
The Solution

Registration Management
Evoria managed the registration area to support the guest arrival and check-in process, including:

The flow was structured to accommodate guest arrivals efficiently while keeping the registration area organized throughout the check-in period.
Red Carpet Management
For the red carpet session, Evoria coordinated guest movement as well as the preparation of the cast and crew before entering the red carpet area.
The team worked to ensure that each participant entered according to the planned sequence and timing while maintaining an organized environment for media coverage and documentation.
On-Ground Event Support
Evoria also deployed an operational team across key areas of the venue, including:
- Registration supervisors
- Registration crew
- Help desk personnel
- Crowd handling team
- Ushers
- Runners
With clearly defined roles across the team, on-ground operations could respond efficiently to immediate event needs while maintaining smooth communication and movement between different areas.
